The 5 Estrelas Group's Integrity Program aims to ensure an organizational culture based on ethics, legality and transparency, preventing, detecting and remediating risks related to illegal acts, misconduct and threats to the institutional reputation.
Based on our institutional documents and internal policies, the Program is structured around the following pillars:
1. Senior Management Commitment: visible and unequivocal institutional support for integrity.
2. Autonomous Integrity Management: independent ethics committee and channels, which ensure impartial and confidential treatment of incidents.
3. Prevention of fraud and illicit activities: especially in bidding processes, contracting and relations with the public sector.
4. Internal Rules and Policies: such as the Code of Ethics and Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policies, Bidding, Safety, Quality, use of PPE, among others.
5. Training and Communication: regular training and awareness-raising activities.
6. Reporting System: confidential and accessible channel, with guarantee of non-retaliation and appropriate treatment.

INSTITUTIONAL CONDUCT AND ETHICAL COMMITMENT
The 5 Star Group does not tolerate corruption, fraud, discrimination, harassment, child labor, collusion in bidding processes or any conduct contrary to law and morality.
Gifts and presents are accepted only under symbolic and institutional conditions. Political contributions, when permitted, are only made with formal authorization from the board.
COMPLAINT AND INVESTIGATION CHANNEL
All reports can be made anonymously through internal channels. Confidentiality will be guaranteed, there will be no retaliation, and the facts will be investigated. The company encourages responsible reporting as a collective protection tool.

This document will be reviewed every two years or at any time when there are reasons that justify its review within a shorter period, by the Ethics Committee, with approval by the Board of Directors of Grupo 5 Estrelas.
